I received Marc Weinberg information thanks to a recommendation! They spoke wonderful things of how he provided them with hope after a financial hardship. It seemed to good to be true!
Marc exceeded my expectations, understanding, kind and determined. He helped me step by step and made sure this was resolved efficiently. I gave me hope and a new beginning! When I called Marc this last January I was anxious and very embarrassed. He had gotten me through a bankruptcy 8 years ago and here I was back again...I felt like a failure. Marc could not have been more kind and supportive. He told me that things happen and that we could fix my situation. I felt like a huge weight had been lifted off me. I am so grateful to Marc... I consulted other lawyers and I would leave their office so anxious, crying, afraid and feeling so humiliated ! I highly recommend Marc Weinberg, not just because of the great job he did in helping me through a rough period in my life, but because of the compassionate way he did it.
I had previously consulted other attorneys, but the first thing they wanted was a check, without asking me what my situation was. The first thing Marc Weinberg asked me was why I believed that I had to file bankruptcy, and told me there may be alternatives to filing, but he needed to know more about my financial situation.
Once it was determined I had no other option but to file, Marc quoted me a fee, which was far less than what the other attorneys wanted. He also explained to me step by step the bankruptcy procedure in simple terms. I really felt that Marc cared about me and my future. I have recommended his services to friends in the past, and would do so today.
